im fighting GAD since 2018 i stopped taking medication due to side effects right now i used the lifstyle theraphy as what you discussed in your videos.i used mdiatations, yoga has made me helpfull everyday, i limitted the caffein intake or cut it in my daily habit.so right now i almost recivered from GAD to mild sympthoms, but anayway tkank very much for your admirable duscussion and it help me much to discover what are the diffirences between anxiety. stress and deppression.thank you very much for your continious efforts and sharing of knowledge about anxiety to the anxiety republic im ale.61 years old frm. mindanao.
